Sleeping tips for Travelers



Its vacation time and time to travel. So no matter how exotic or familiar your destination, it’s bound to affect your sleep. So what to do. Avoid taking long naps. Take a short nap for half an hour or so.Consider a white noise machine. It will help focus attention without stimulating the brain. Adjust quickly to local time. Try to eat the same time as the locals. Choose the right hotel room. Request a room on a higher floor away from elevators. Pack strategically.. Include a sleep mask, earplugs and your own pillow. Avoid alcohol and caffeine. They can disrupt sleep. Pamper yourself, Get a hot bath or shower. Bring familiar textures and smells from your home. And ban electronics from your bed.
