• If you prefer latex, go for natural latex instead of synthetic options. Natural latex is an excellent choice compared to synthetic and latex blends with varying portions of synthetic and natural content. Natural latex is healthier and generally more durable, offering more consistency even with years of use. Expect 25 years out of Sri-Lankan, or Malaysian latex.
• Avoid coils and springs. While these types of mattresses are generally inexpensive, they may not be the healthiest option as spring systems usually create electromagnetic fields,(EMF”S). These fields are something you might want to err on the side of caution about.
