Being active can help you sleep. You don’t even have to be on a regular exercise routine. (Sometimes strenuous exercise can cause poor sleep. Then you are just more tired in the morning to do your exercise again.)) Just a little extra walking each day may give you a better night’s sleep. Even light housework gets you moving. The more time you spend in motion during the day, the better sleep you will have at night. So get up and take a short walk every hour or so. Then when you crash out don’t forget to do it on an Organic Mattress.
