Poor Sleepers will cut there health risks by exercising more says a new study done in 2021, by a journal in Britain.Both physical inactivity and poor sleep are linked to a risk of cardiovascular disease , cancer and death. But they found that more exercise lowers the risk of a lousy sleep.People that ate better, drank less alcohol, slept better.People that were younger, female, thinner or better off financially tended to have healthier sleep scores, so did those that ate mostly fruits and veggies, spent less time seated, had no mental health issues, never smoked, didn’t work shifts, and were more active.
