Addiction to our phones and sleeping


If you feel strongly addicted to your phone take an extreme measure and turn the phone onto the grey scale mode.There is also a simple exercise. We can remind ourselves that outside of work , a lot of what we do online does not matter, and its better spend elsewhere. The difference between getting 10 likes and 20 likes is just meaningless. We keep our business from 9-5 and don’t use out phones except for personal use at nite We don’t do business on the weekends or use our phone for it after 2pm Saturday until Monday morning. There are a lot of books to read and places to go without a cell phone. In fact my cell phone is always in the off position in my visor in my car at all times. The only phones i really use are at work. So are you addicted and if so get a life.
